URGENT NEED: *Compliance Consultant * Compliance Consultant position supporting the FDPA Policy Remediation ProgramDescription: Commercial Lending a musto Aligned to FDPA Compliance Regulationo Well Rounded Compliance Officer with Policy, Procedures, Training, Advisory, with some familiarity with FDPAo Some FDPA Background, Deep FDPA Subject Matter Expertise Preferredo Provide Support to FDPA Subject Matter Experto May Provide FDPA Advice / Guidance to Subject Matter Experto Ramp-up would include a thorough review of the Corporate FDPA Policy and Procedure, the FDPA Policy & Procedure, along with the FDPA Regulatory Repository Duties include: o Support increase in transactional escalations associated with Business As Usualo Monitor/review changes to the FDAP 4 Center of Excellence Operating Procedures to ensure the Wholesale Lines of Businesses are updating all contents appropriately to align with anticipated changes that will occur as a result of Business As Usual (Includes: Content, Job Aids, Links, Service Level Agreements)o Provide consistent Bank Regulatory Compliance support to all 4 Centers of Excellence (post Business As Usual) and Associated Meetingso Review Lines of Business Training Materials (14 LOBs) to: ensure consistency with documented procedures, Service Level Agreements and controls documentation (CRAS+)o Ensure Lines of Business appropriately implemented action plans associated with the: 1) Regulatory Compliance Risk Management 1.2 Controls Assessment and 2) 3.1 Quality Controls Assessment Action Itemso Review of CRAS+ to ensure appropriate enhancement recommendations were adequately implemented for all applicable Wholesale Lines of Businesseso Support activities to create workflows illustrating all key compliance hand-off points and clearly maps the Control Environment (all applicable Wholesale Lines of Businesses) Skills: o Identifies possible compliance deficiencies related to FDPA regulation, regulatory requirements and/or compliance riskso Assists with providing advisory services and direction to Lines of Businesses and support areas regarding FDPA regulations, regulatory requirements, and/or compliance risks.o Provides assistance in the development and maintenance of supporting policies, procedures, agreements, and other required documentation.o Fosters positive working relationships with Lines of Business Management, other Compliance SMEs, and appropriate Senior Management stakeholders to support adherence to FDPA regulation, regulatory requirements and/or compliance risks.o Offers guidance and advice to appropriate stakeholders as needed.
