  • Our company is recruiting for a Front Office Coordinator for our own internal team in our company. The Front Office Coordinator is responsible for organizing all office/administrative activities and creating a positive first impression for all traffic (telephone or in-person) in the Express office.Responsibilities:Create a positive first impression for all in-person, telephone, and electronic inquiries.Manage applicant flow through the application process and assist with recruiting efforts.Handle office administration including light payroll & invoicing, filing, data entry and quality control of employment documentation.RequirementsAt least 2 years experience handling multi-line phonesAt least 2 years of administrative experienceStrong computer skillsAble to type at least 40 wpmThe compensation is $14-$15/hr.
