Responsibilities: Provides support to CEO and members of executive teamCoordinates internal and external meetings; handles details of a confidential and criticalnature; documents meetings; tracks action itemsManages calendars, prepares expense reports, coordinates travelPlans and organizes eventsOther office duties and personal errands for CEO as neededInteracts professionally and credibly with visitors, investors, board members, etc.Qualifications: 5+ years of administrative experience in the above, with 2+ years at the executive level,preferably in a start-up environmentExcellent planning and project management skillsStrong Mac computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint, calendaring, WordOrganized, detail-oriented, flexible, self-motivated, a decision maker, and takes initiativeAbility to take on, prioritize, and complete multiple assignmentsExcellent oral and written communication skillsThrives in a fast-paced atmosphereAble to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion
