This is a fantastic temp-to-perm position for a candidate looking to gain valuable HR experience with a successful firm that fosters an entrepreneurial start-up culture. As the HR Assistant, you will use your sharp eye for detail and outstanding interpersonal skills streamline departmental operations and support crucial HR functions. You will also assist the HR Manager with a variety of ad hoc tasks and projects. Responsibilities include:· Scheduling meetings, calls, and appointments· Supporting recruiting efforts and coordinating candidate interviews · Performing background checks; preparing out offer letters· Acting as the point person for employee onboarding issues· Maintaining employee information and data; organizing files and documents· Tracking departmental budget and expenses· Coordinating employee performance reviews· Assisting with the open enrollment process Requirements:· At least 2-4 years of relevant experience· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent· Independent work ethic with exceptional time-management skills· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel· Strong sense of urgency and discretion· Positive, personable, and professional demeanor Please submit your resume for immediate consideration.
