  • Small elder law firm in Saratoga is seeking a dynamic, administrative support person not afraid to help in any way necessary in the office- whether it be returning client phone calls, proofreading client documents for accuracy and proper grammar, spelling and punctuation, helping to coordinate events, assisting with probate matters, or performing other administrative tasks.What do we need?  A well-organized, go-getter with strong follow-through, accountability and a positive attitude.  Ideally, someone with good rapport building skills who easily gets along with a variety of people and has excellent verbal and written communication skills will be a good candidate.  To contribute in this role, you will also need a HS Diploma or GED and at least 3 years' like administrative support experience, too, with sound judgment and problem-solving skills, along with the inherent ability to own your job tasks until completion while working on multiple projects at one time.  Being flexible and adaptable to changing client and internal demands is also a must, along with proficiency in the MS Office suite.Like to learn more?  Submit your resume and pay requirements, and perhaps we'll have a chat.Thank you!
