The ideal person will have senior leadership experience but also be very hands on and be experienced managing enterprise software projects, Big Data, or e-commerce projects.Responsibilities of the Director of Program Management, Enterprise Software ProductsWork closely with internal teams and external clients to identify existing and potential client needs.Identify areas within the company and build relationships with the “go to” people to utilize and develop areas of expertiseIdentify core technology teams within the company; identify key people with appropriate skills who will be taking an active part in opportunity development and sales supportDefine structure and create teamsIdentify current gaps; create and execute the plan to fill those gaps and ensure company talent stays current with recent developmentsDefine, prepare and execute training plans to increase expertiseContribute to open source projects by available resourcesRequirements of the Director of Program Management, Enterprise Software ProductsStrong portfolio Program Management experienceExperience managing and influencing large teams of 60+Experience working with multiple geographies such as India, Europe, and Latin America.Experience working with teams in India is needed and Eastern Europe is a huge plus.Strong experience in software engineering consultancy and fluency in software development and test methodologies such as Agile, XP, CD, CI, TDD, Test AutomationProven success working with large US clients ideally in at least three of the following domains: medical, telecom, media, retail, enterprise, or cloud, mobile, big data, embedded, IoTExperience managing P&LConsultancy practice experience is a huge plus
