We are seeking a Human Resource Manager to become part of a team! You will be responsible for managing HR activities for the organization.Responsibilities:Implement company culture, values and policiesDevelop workforce strategies, to recruit and develop qualified candidatesCoordinate events focused on employee recognition and dedicationAdvocate for employee retention and developmentOversee data entry and maintenance of employee recordsParticipate in the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actionsPlan and manage recruitment and selection of staff.Plan and conduct new employee orientation.Assist in identifying training and development needs for employees and manage the system.Develop, implement and manage human resource policies and procedures.Manage compensation and benefits and ensure they are in line with company policies.Implement and monitor performance system.Coordinate employee safety, welfare and wellness.Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions.Qualifications:B.S. Degree and or equivalent work experience as a Human Resource Manager/SpecialistPrevious experience in Human ResourcesExperience in conflict resolutionFundamental knowledge of labor and employment lawsAbility to build rapport with all employeesStrong leadership qualitiesKnowledge of payroll system-preferably ADP
