Reports to Chief Operations Officer. Direct reports: 6 QC techs over three shifts. Desired experience such as: Food safety programs such as SQF (Safe Quality Foods), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). Testing procedures for viscosity, moisture, Percent fat, color, taste (product and some ingredients). Product Hold & Release procedures. Product formulation. Coordination of setting/modifying QC standards. Participating/supporting R&D projects. Computer: Word, Excel, Oracle
