Business Direct, a division within Wells Fargo focusing on small business lending, has been a pioneer in paving the way small businesses get credit with very successful results. We are looking for a seasoned and driven product manager to refine and implement retention strategies for Business Credit/Lines of Credit Portfolio, refine portfolio management strategies from rate review process to various servicing functions, work on special projects/initiatives that arise as business environment changes. This position is a great fit for someone who understands/enjoy operational aspect of product management to deliver a desired outcome from the offer fulfillment to customer service experience. The position requires someone who is capable of planning, developing, testing and executing projects with competing deadlines while analyzing results to influence and drive the development of future initiatives. We need someone who collaborate well with other team members, can be given a project/task to perform with minimal direction and run with the assignment, make recommendations on next steps and execute within the time frame requested. This position is based in Concord CA Responsibilities include : Portfolio Management: Mainly focusing on retention strategies for BCard/Business Lines of Credit, including what’s being offered as part of the retention tool, as well as rate review servicing tool. From time to time, job may require management of direct mail, email and online programs, including collateral design, lead selection, offer determination, test design, performance management, and reporting, end-to-end management of portfolio management programs, including auditing lead list, executing the campaign and reporting on results with an analyses of key metrics. Build and manage relationships with internal groups to ensure that all performance, compliance and quality standards are met for every campaign Use analytics reports to absorb program and portfolio information to identify opportunities to optimize marketing programs and portfolio drivers Create new processes that allow us to effectively manage programs while minimizing business partner resources Operations Projects: Work on bank-wide mandate projects as they arise – for example, work on the web service related initiatives that have a direct impact to servicing utilities, and/or work on migration of account management tool as dictated at Enterprise level. Customer Service Experience Management/Improvement: Conduct annual customer satisfaction survey for existing BCard/Business Line customers.
