A key member of the product team within the marketing department, the Specialist supports initiatives that focus on engaging patients, referring providers, employers and internal audiences. Daily activities include managing marketing requests, building campaigns in automation tools, event coordination, and ad and email development. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to... Contribute to the product team by attending meetings, communicating deadlines, and participating in ongoing projects. Assist with development of ads and emails, including building campaigns in marketing automation and CRM systems Monitor and adjust marketing execution based on KPIs. Serve as point person to provide marketing support for consumer-facing events. Evaluate and proactively update content for assigned sections of the public websites, social media sites and printed materials. Participate in planning and visioning for departmental strategy. With input from supervisor, develop and manage project plans from inception to successful execution within project deadlines. Identify project requirements and explore solutions that clearly fit business and user goals under the company's brand framework. Create, design and present project recommendations to internal and external clients. Manage relationships with a variety of MA/CEP departments, client executives, vendors, etc. Keep all concerned informed on the current status of projects in progress including scheduling status meetings, work in progress meetings on an as needed basis. Our Ideal Candidate Profile... Bachelor degree with 3 plus years of experience in a marketing or advertising environment. Excellent writing, research and analysis, editing, and proofreading skills. Strong project management, analytical, research, and problem solving skills. Demonstrated understanding of and experience in traditional marketing and communications processes, as well as social media. Ability to work collaboratively as a team member in a fast paced environment. Proficient in MS Office Suite in Windows platform. Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Salesforce and Marketo preferred). Technologically sound; familiar with web content management systems. Detail oriented, organized and flexible individual able to perform multiple tasks with varying priorities under conditions requiring speed and accuracy. Quick learner, with the ability to grasp complex concepts and translate them into clear copy or graphics. Maturity to strike a balance between showing initiative and seeking appropriate guidance and input from others. Ability to use design programs to produce occasional ads, brochures, signs, etc. Ability to work flexible hours if required.
