This includes analyzing complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers. You will use project management skills to assist projects, identify resource requirements, define project deliverables, provide customer satisfaction and insure quality and timeliness of projects. Effectively communicates with internal customers, clients and project team members. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the direction of HM Practice Manager, Director of Operations, Physician Leadership, and in conjunction with the Practice Management Consulting Team to provide timely and consistent information and updates to decision makers. Here's How You Would Contribute to the Success of MedAmerica and our Clients: Provides project support in the development of new process improvement programs to address quality improvement, patient flow and performance issues across all CEP practice lines. Works with a multidisciplinary team of MedAmerica staff, clients, clinical providers, and Physician Leadership to develop and implement new programs, from concept to delivery; analyzes the impact and success of these programs. Analyzes and draws insightful impressions from objective data, "human intelligence" and other forms of investigation to identify process and organizational issues in need of improvement; analyzes performance data to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. Establishes goals and expectations for Community Marketing Representative(s). Reviews performance evaluations on a semi-annual basis and conducts annual performance reviews and goal setting. Provide leadership, support, and mentorship to Marketing Representative(s) and Clinic Staff. Gathers feedback from clients regarding clinic experience and develops ongoing educational opportunities for clinic staff. Work directly with Operations and PMC to provide ongoing administrative and logistical support to CEPAmerica clients and subsequently CEPAmerica's client hospitals. Assist with meeting support and set up on an as-needed basis as requested by the PMC. Follow up on any requests by HM Operations team to support various programs and projects. Assist with calendaring and scheduling as needed to facilitate programs and projects. You're Our Ideal Candidate If you have: Bachelor's level education in healthcare or relevant discipline. Advanced education preferred Hospital or health care based or relevant experience 2 - 3 years of experience in health care, administration, or project management Strong analytical and problem solving skills Understanding of lean / process improvement methodologies Data analysis and interpretation skills, including financial statements and statistical reports Proven ability to establish credibility quickly with internal and external customers Excellent writing skills (writing sample will need to be submitted during interview process) Excellent speaking skills - ability to confidently express findings and recommendations to clients Polished, poised, and confident Ability to work collaboratively as a team member in a fast paced environment Strong project management skills Thorough working knowledge of MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.) Why MedAmerica?MedAmerica is one of the leading healthcare practice management organizations in the United States.
