  • Payroll Clerk, Bilingual Payroll Coordinator - Growing staffing firm seeks an experienced Bilingual English / Spanish Payroll Clerk to assist in our Hayward, CA office. Your primary responsibility will be processing employee payroll and client invoices. You will earn a competitive salary wage, plus health and dental insurance benefits, paid vacation time off, paid holidays off and much more. Your responsibilities will include: • Reviewing and verifying the data input into the payroll system and processing weekly. • Processing employee direct deposit bank information. • Issuing employee pay cards. • Handling garnishment processing. • Payroll inquiries. • Providing client invoices. • Resolving any payroll issues in a timely manner. You may be required to work late or occasional weekends, as needed. To be considered for this position, you must speak both English and Spanish fluently and have: • At least 3 years of payroll processing experience, with an extensive background and working knowledge of high-volume billing and invoicing. • Experience in a payroll dept. • Strong attention to detail.
