  • Summary: Responsible for supporting Global Services logistics operations and maintaining and optimizing performance of the interfaces and integration between the multiple systems used by the Global Supply Chain team.Responsibilities:Support the development, testing, rollout, and daily operations of the interfaces and transactions between the multiple systems used by the Global Supply Chain.OracleMicrosoft Dynamics AXProphet (preferred not required)AgileFlashtrac (preferred not required)Koi (preferred not required)Pond (preferred not required)Troubleshoot and analyze how the multiple systems are used by the supply chain team and identify areas where further integration will be beneficial.Work with Supply Chain, Finance, and 3PL to reconcile inventory and transactions between the multiple systems used in operationsAnalyze the data used by the multiple systems and work to ensure that they are all in synchronizationDevelop and execute test scripts for new integration and/or new patches and version upgrades. Participate in the assessment and review of design alternatives and design change proposal impactsMonitor and report daily interface operations performance and reconciliation accuracyEvaluate new systems and processes for the tracking, measurement, reporting, and analysis of inventory movement.Document procedures and create work instructions for the supply chain team on using and troubleshooting interfacesAssist the global logistics team in daily operation including processing international shipments, reviewing inventory accuracy, reallocating and moving Service inventory, rebalancing and cycle countingCollaborate with logistics and supply chain team to improve efficiency, productivity and processes.Drive and/or participate in supply chain / logistics improvement projectRequired Qualifications:Must have Bachelor's degreeMust have solid experience in Microsoft programs (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)Self-directed, highly motivated individualStrong analytical and organization skills including the ability to collect, structure, analyze and communicate large volumes of complex dataExcellent oral and written communication skills including negotiation and presentation skills with all levels of within the organization and suppliersMust be fluent in spoken and written EnglishExcellent attention to detailPreferred Skills: (Not Required)Experience with the following Microsoft Dynamics AX modules is strongly desiredBusiness Integration SolutionsEnterprise Asset ManagementInventory ControlProcurement and SourcingProduct Information ManagementExperience with Prophet by Baxter and Oracle's Agile database a plusExperience with Flashtrac Logistics tracking tool a plusExperience with implementing in house developed supply chain software a plusInternational work experience a plusForeign language knowledge a plus
