Job Title:Middle Market Banking Relationship Associate 2Job ID Number:5269871-1Location:Oakland,CAJob Description:Job DescriptionThe Middle Market Banking Relationship Associate 2 is responsible for small portfolio of non-borrowing customers and/or shares leadership role with relationship managers and/or customer support manager in managing a portfolio of commercial middle market accounts. Independently and/or collaboratively with relationship manager and/or other treasury management office sales staff to identify prospective opportunities to market or cross-sell non-credit products to new or existing customers, preparing presentation, materials and/or cross-sell packages, as needed; visits with customers for the purposes of relationship building and cross-sell. Independently handles moderately complex to complex customer issues and problems, reviews and approves wires and WEPOD up to designated limit; monitors overdrafts, confirms additional source of funds and partners with office management in decision making process; evaluates profitability and risk of designated portfolio; provides alternative pricing structure. Trains and/or mentors less experienced Relationship Associates. May serve as a subject matter expert for the office and/or division providing new hire and/or ongoing systems, processes, policies and procedures training. May perform and/or assist in performing financial statement analysis for non-complex relationships.
