Works at a strategic level to develop and retain consultative, partnership relationships with clients/ prospects/ sales team/external client advisors /Wells Fargo Private Bank, Wealth Investment Management, and other Bank divisions. Develops, executes and monitors comprehensive client service plans that reflect the client's personal and risk management goals. Responsible for marketing to clients including advising them on renewals/coverage/products and recommending/monitoring risk transfer solutions. Contributes to new business development, identifies cross-sell opportunities and may seek referrals from existing clients. May coordinate and implement claims handling and follow-up, as well as loss control programs. Team members support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company. They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following, and adhering to and if applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit’s risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements. Required Qualifications 5+ years of insurance experience, financial advisory experience, or a combination of both; working with High Net Worth (HNW) clients Desired Qualifications Experience recommending insurance or risk transfer solutionsExperience cross selling insurance productsClient service focus with the ability to respond to requests in a timely mannerExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsIntermediate Microsoft Office skillsAbility to develop and maintain strong client relationshipsLeadership or management experience Sales experience Other Desired Qualifications 3+ years High Net Worth broker or insurance company experience Job Expectations Designated insurance license requirements must be completed within 180 days of hire date.
