S/he will be working with their peers in the other Wells Fargo business lines, marketing partners and business partners to better understand the customer engagement, behavioral drivers, experience drivers and segmentation strategy to inform marketing strategy.This leader and their team’s responsibilities will include: Ad-hoc/deep dive analytics based on behavioral and transaction data Supporting CLG/CB Line of Business marketing teams Initiating and leading key foundational projects such as customer segmentation Longitudinal customer level marketing analytics Map the customer journey from acquisition to attrition Identifying triggers and predictors for attrition and increased engagement Develop optimal digital engagement strategies on product pages Work with the Sales Planning and Forecasting leader to develop a bottoms-up input-based forecast for key business metrics based on marketing plan New marketing opportunity identification and assessmentThe successful candidate will work closely with leaders within the CLG / CB business and marketing lines. Important success factors will include: Ability to manage effectively within a matrix organization, create a strong collaborative work environment to successfully develop partnerships with many business and functional areas. Has the ability to present and discuss information in a way that persuades, educates and enhances understanding at all levels.Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in analytics, modeling, or a combination of both6+ years of management experience; or 6+ years of leadership experience in an advanced quantitative analytics function Other Desired Qualifications Demonstrated relevant experience with customer analytics, specifically with “Big Data” analytics. Experience working with data to create material information and make recommendations to drive large complex business strategies. Experience managing through leaders or managers preferably leading analytic functions and building high performing and diverse teams to high levels of success. Demonstrated success in effectively and constructively leading change in large, complex, and global organization(s). Knowledge of the financial services industry and understanding of the emerging trends, compliance, regulatory, and economic environment, and the impact on Wells Fargo. Strategic business partner capable of balancing the need for innovation and change with regulatory realities, internal need to manage risk and cultural readiness for change.
