vCom is currently seeking a Director of Engineering to help grow vCom’s network engineering practice. This leader will be responsible for all aspects of Planning, Design, and Engineering of vCom’s customers’ network solutions as well as vCom’s Network Management Services offerings.We are looking for someone who is at the Director level or looking to move to a Director role but is still hands-on and very much involved in the day-to-day technical decisions. The person in this role will lead her/his team by example and be in the trenches, providing support to sales and operations teams.
