Correspondent clients include large and small banks and mortgage companies, which provide borrower financing.This Business Process/ Quality Manager 2 will lead the Continuous Improvement team within the Correspondent Channel.Specific responsibilities include the following: Manages business quality initiatives including; process improvement & design, change implementation, customer analysis and resource allocation Identifies risks and opportunities associated with redesign/improvement decisions and ensures alignment with business strategic plan Responsible for the management of individuals and matrixed teams focused on designing work processes, defining business quality requirements and delivering a targeted customer experience Provides overall direction for establishing and identifying design/redesign requirements, priorities, and deadlines for assigned initiatives Incumbents are fully knowledgeable of both the finance and related technology and systems for the business area supported Partners with senior managers to allocate and coordinates resources and determine appropriate staff levelsCandidates for this position are expected to be able to perform the following: Responsible for the management of individuals and matrixed teams focused on designing work processes, defining business quality requirements and delivering a targeted customer experience Ability to provide clear and concise direction to team members Effectively manage, address and resolve issuesRequired Qualifications 12+ years of business analysis experience Desired Qualifications Extensive knowledge and understanding of Six Sigma or reengineering disciplines Other Desired Qualifications Lean or Six Sigma and/or experience in reengineering disciplines Demonstrated effective development and delivery of both written and verbal communication Demonstrated ability to goal set, define work objectives, and manage conflicting priorities Demonstrated ability to effectively delegate Experience coaching, mentoring, training, and developing staff. Experience developing and managing budgets Lean or Six Sigma and/or experience in reengineering disciplines Demonstrated understanding of controls and risk A BA or BS degree Experience producing graphical/statistical charts and interpret the results Management experience Operational leadership experience Operational process design experience.
