-
- Preform routine and repetitive production tasks while achieving quality standards.
-Set-up tools, parts, and necessary parameter or profiles to run a job and operate the SMT machines including printer, pick & place, and re-flow oven machines
-Daily maintenance on the assigned SMT equipment
-Use the stencils, feeders, supporting pins, and other SMT tools properly/effectively
-Quality control of each production process using clear/thorough visual inspections
Skill Requirements:
-Must have SMT experience
-Be able to identify all types of SMD packages such as 0402, 0603, ... etc.
-Be able to read and follow BOM, set up lists, traveler, assembly drawing, and material audit lists.
-Familiarity with ESD precautions.
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-2-5 years of an OEM/CM enviroment.
