ENTRY LEVEL HEALTHCARE BUILDING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS – NORTHERN CALIFORNIA*** SIGNING BONUS POSSIBLEYou will be trained it perform the following building services: duct cleaning, dust control barriers, mold remediation, fire damper and various other above ceiling work primarily to hospitals and surgery centers.MAJOR DUTIES:* HVAC cleaning ductwork, air units and general clean-up for our clients* Firewall servicing* Fire damper testing* Construction of plastic wall barriers to control dust during construction.QUALIFICATIONS:.* These are entry level positions and training will be provided* Must be willing to work days and/or nights and travel occasionally* Must possess a valid California Driver's License* Must have reliable personal transportation* Must be hard-working, dependable, and responsible* Must be able to work independently* Must be able to provide proof of authorization to work in the United States (I.e. valid driver’s License, Social Security Card, Passport, Birth Certificate, Permanent Resident Card, etc.)PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG TESTING AND BACKGROUND CHECKS ARE REQUIRED.These are very good opportunities with a dynamic, growing company.
