Responsible for overseeing recruiting, training, management, budget compliance, and overall operations of approximately ten restaurants, to ensure excellent customer service, high quality foods, people development, food safety, store cleanliness, and maximum profitability. Focus on high performing teams, excellent customer service, excellent foods and an inviting atmosphere in the restaurants. Job ResponsibilitiesEstablish restaurant business plan by surveying demand, evaluating competitors, marketing, sales projections and estimates.Ensure on a daily basis that the stores are open and staffed appropriately, inventory levels are appropriate and equipment is working properly.Achieve and maintain “Operational Excellence” which includes a successful and well-developed crew and pristine restaurants that serve excellent food.Maintain and drive high standards and expectations around food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness.Accountable for all aspects of the restaurants’ performance, have clear understanding of and the ability to perform every job in the restaurant.Profit and loss income responsibility.Control purchases and inventory by negotiating prices, contracts and developing preferred supplier list.Analyze and manage financial results of the stores to ensure maximum profits, customer and employee satisfaction.Building an effective team of employees through, training and development; supplying meaningful and timely performance feedback.Maintain effective communication and positive associate relations by ensuring that associate activities are performed on a timely professional manner, to include performance reviews, progressive discipline, resolving employee relations issues, etc.Supervise the day to day activities of employees and assign responsibilities.Develop polices and standard operating procedures and customer service standards.Provide the highest quality of customer service at all times, to include ensuring the proper training of all staff and supporting associates, monitoring, evaluating and auditing food, beverage and service offerings, initiating improvements and building relationships with customers.Maintain safe, secure and healthy facility environment by establishing, following and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; complying with health and legal regulations.Support and enhance working relationships with partners, vendors, and landlords.Ensure compliance of company policies and procedures (people, safety, assets, cash, etc.) Experience Required· Have consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills.· Possess the ability to make the people around them better - by creating a culture in all of their restaurants that appeals to high performers, where each person on the team is empowered to hold themselves and each other accountable to high standards.· Have strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, able to work well with personnel at various levels, including airport concession management.· Possess strong supervisory and organizational skills.· Be able to interact easily with diverse employees.· Have at least ten (10) years direct F&B management experience.· Multi-unit operations experience, minimum of 10 units.· Experience in F&B Brand Development.· Experience in build out of F&B restaurants.· Be knowledgeable of and have the ability to use a PC and MS Office Suite proficiently.· College degree in hospitality and/or restaurant management preferred,* Sign on Bonus
