If you are proactive, have excellent problem-solving skills, and are good with details, we want you as a part of our rapidly growing ProExhibits family.What You Will Accomplish:Office Manager:Take ownership of and maintain a professional officeTrain new hires on our network and CRM softwareManage office supplies, building maintenance, office equipmentmaintenance.Tasks and projects specific to office administration and marketing.Provide general administrative support to the executive team as neededBe point of contact for computer related questions for all staffHR Manager:Plan and implement Human Resources policies, programs and practicesManage employee relationsOversee recruitment, training, compensation and benefitsOversee performance management programsPrepare pay budgets and recommend revisionsUpdate job requirements for all positionsEstablish and manage a comprehensive recruitment plan with or without anonsite recruiterTrain manager to coach and discipline employeesDevelop and monitor a performance appraisal systemMonitor and implement applicable human resource federal and staterequirementsConduct investigations and represent the company at hearingsMaintain recordsPlan, organize, and support events, including team-building events, happyhours, birthday celebrations, holiday parties, company off-sites, etc.Desired Skills and Experience5 years Human Resource experienceEAGER: Ethical, Adaptable, Gritty, Empathetic, and RemarkableSolid working knowledge of SalesforceSolid working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeExpert in managing multiple complex calendarsOutstanding communication skillsImpeccable attention to detailExcellent organization, time, and project management skillsExperience planning and running events and activitiesPrior experience working in an office support capacity (OfficeAdministrator, Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant) preferredBachelor's degree and strong academic record preferred
