  • Payroll Clerk, Bilingual Payroll Coordinator – Growing staffing firm seeks an experienced Bilingual English / Spanish Payroll Clerk to assist in our Hayward, CA office. Your primary responsibility will be processing employee payroll and client invoices. You will earn a competitive salary wage, plus health and dental insurance benefits, paid vacation time off, paid holidays off and much more. Your responsibilities will include:·          Reviewing and verifying the data input into the payroll system and processing weekly.·          Processing employee direct deposit bank information.·          Issuing employee pay cards.·          Handling garnishment processing.·          Payroll inquiries.·          Providing client invoices.·          Resolving any payroll issues in a timely manner. You may be required to work late or occasional weekends, as needed. To be considered for this position, you must speak both English and Spanish fluently and have:·         At least 3 years of payroll processing experience, with an extensive background and working knowledge of high-volume billing and invoicing.·         Experience in a payroll dept.·         Strong attention to detail.                                                      If you are a people person with excellent payroll skills and a ‘can do’ attitude, then send please your resume, for immediate consideration.
