This individual will focus his/her efforts on renewing and revitalizing our compensation, rewards and recognition programs.What you will do:• Develop and implement a comprehensive global compensation framework, including refreshed job structure, competitive pay guidelines and standards of practice• Oversee the creation and implementation of our recognition strategy, both company wide and as needed by business area• Design, implement and administer equity strategies that motivate and retain associates while budgeting and planning for share usage• Proactively drive rigorous data analysis to transform data into information, and information into action/decisions• Create and manage recognitions programs for use across the company that reward high performance and Acxiom’s core values and culture• Design and implement effective communication and education strategies for compensation programs• Engage in due diligence and integration activities related to compensation for potential acquisitions and divestitures as needed• Act as a leader and role model for the team in the core Acxiom vales of PACT (Passion, Accountability, Creativity and Teamwork)• Coach, mentor and lead a team four compensation analysts and one stock plan administrator through clear goal setting, ongoing feedback and a passion for successWhat you will need:• At least 8-10 years of progressively responsible hands on experience in compensation in a fast-moving corporate environment, including, planning, administering, managing, researching and designing of programs• At least 5 years of leadership experience developing and mentoring associates to high levels of performance including goal setting, career planning, skill development and measurable success• Deep experience with executive compensation including public company program development and administration• Previous experience with and a deep knowledge of Radford and other surveys• Deep breadth and depth of experience around contemporary practices and communication strategies for compensation programs• Experience in designing, implementing, and communicating all aspects of compensation and rewards programs• Superior interpersonal and communications skills, including writing, presentation, and influencing skills to engender confidence and credibility with complex human resources issues• Understand the complexity of business on a global scale; embrace cultural and individual differences; and work with the nuances of specific local cultures to make informed, impactful program design decisions• Positive, engaging, and team-oriented; comfortable and confident working with all levels of management and staff• Flexible, quick-thinking, and able to prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment• Able to maintain confidential information with sensitivity, sound judgment and the utmost professionalism• Must be strategic, analytical and detail-oriented.What will set you apart:• Experience with acquisitions• Experience with Workday HCM
