We pride ourselves on building strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients and fellow team members, enabling consistent and sustainable growth.This position provides support to the Accounting Department and ensures that IT and technical support issues are addressed in a timely and responsible manner.Job Duties:Provide first-level on-site and/or remote technical support to end users for mobile devices and computers to include e-mail, calendar, word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and Internet browsers as well as department-specific specialized applications to include a filemaker platformTroubleshoot various Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office issues. Windows based computers, devices and peripherals, networks and local printers, connectivity, and email issues (Microsoft Outlook)Image and configure laptops and desktops Setup and audit, to company standards, mobile device management (iPhones/iPads)Perform hardware/software tracking and asset managementProvide timely and responsive quality customer service and support at all timesInterface and primary point of contact with outsourced IT server and cloud support companyInterface with software developer for company specific database developmentSkills and Qualifications:• 1-2 years of IT related experience• Excellent oral and written communication is a must• Ability to work independently or as part of a team, as assignments may vary• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Outlook & Excel)• Problem solving• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt quickly to changes in order to meet deadlines• Excellent time management skills and must be detail oriented• IOS based knowledge• Professionalism, strong work ethic, dependability and ability to arrive at work on time• Willingness to be flexible in light of changing requirements• Positive “can-do” attitude!• Bilingual a plus
