The Administrative Assistant manages the IT support workflow and assists the company's Technical Team with customer communications and hardware/software sourcing. The Administrative Assistant also assists the Business Office with day-to-day accounting and administrative functions.The successful candidate will learn hardware/software quoting and sourcing, support ticketing. CRM, and accounting software, as well as other software solutions.
