Job Details: Develop Test Cases for End to End Business User Acceptance TestingProvide Analysis for Scope of TestingCreates test plans, test cases, and scripts for multiple applicationsExecutes tests caseSupports defect management process by providing analysis, and documentationEnsures any code defects or issues are properly documented, escalated and monitoredCommunicates risks and issues identified during testing activitiesContributes to testing documentation deliverablesProvides support to the Release Manager to ensure defects are reported and managed appropriatelyEscalates all unresolved testing issues to managementResponsibilities: Assist with developing transparent, traceable, and detailed test plan/approachDevelop, review and maintain use cases, end to end test scenarios, test cases and regression testsDevelop and maintain test dataTrack and maintain executed tests and provide daily status updateMaintain and manage reported defectsRequired Skills:Must be able to follow and analyze business requirements, data, process and work flowExperience in applying various testing techniques to ensure maximum test coverageOracle database experienceHP Quality Center expertisePreferred Skills: End user training experience desiredHealth Care industry knowledge and practicesStrong collaboration and communication skills in the roleProvide development and execution of “End to End” business testing across multiple functional departmentsEducational and Experience Requirements:5-7 years’ experience in Software Testing and full understanding of SDLC, STLC (Software Quality Assurance/ Quality Control)5 years testing experience in data analysis and validation using SQLPrevious experience leading user acceptance testingMinimum of 3 - 5 years-related experience with a Bachelor's degreeIf no Bachelor's degree, then 8+ years experience are required
