Director of Delivery The Product team develops, delivers and optimizes a product portfolio of SaaS products and 3rd party integrations from conception to launch and beyond. The Director of Delivery, will work across the Product team to establish, implement and evolve operating best practices, manage the progress and information radiator processes and outputs, and coach agile product teams to guide and optimize team performance. As a senior member of the Product team, the Director of Delivery will be accountable for communicating overall delivery progress against the product roadmap, identify and eliminate blockers, establish patterns that teams can optimize against, and manage product rollout processes across the organization. The Director of Delivery is an empathetic and compassionate leader who seamlessly balances driving rapid, valuable product delivery with helping to create and maintain high-quality products. S/he excels at creating high-functioning teams, understanding how the strengths of one contribute to the whole team. The Director of Delivery will also manage 3rd party partners, issue triage, and optimize feedback loops.
