What we are looking for:You are a large SaaS account manager that can establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts. Excelling at time management and client relations, you are a “people person” making an outreach to customers, listening, assessing, clarifying and validating customer needs. Under the guidance of the Program Manager, Enterprise Accounts, you will coordinate the involvement of support, service, and consulting resources, in order to meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume (subscription price upgrades and renewals/cross-selling/upselling).
