What we are looking for: The Project Coordinator will support the Business Development department and is responsible for monitoring and tracking the progress on ongoing and newly created projects. The Project Coordinator will create, update and manage and present weekly status reports. Primary Responsibilities and Duties: Create detail project plan, including milestones, delivery dates and assign delivery owners.Liaison between internal teams and customer side stakeholders to transfer input / information related to project (s).Track, monitor and update timely status to all the stakeholdersCoordinate internal meetings to receive timely updates, work on challenges and recommendationsInteract and communicate with internal stakeholders and external (customer) stakeholders on a daily basis to obtain and track status and changes on projects Generate and maintain status reports Coordinate with technical team on creating SOWs for technical input, output, deliverables, delivery timelines sectionCoordinate with business development team on creating SOWs costs section Prepare and organize work Skills, Competencies, Knowledge, Experience, OtherA college or university degree or experience equivalent in a related field2-4 years of previous experience in a Project Coordinator capacity Excellent Computer skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel Experience in Microsoft Project and other project management toolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills Organized Quick learner and self-starterSupervisory ResponsibilityThis position has no direct reports.Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment.
