MATH TUTOR (calculus, etc.; & electrical physics & network analysis) for college, high-school, middle-school, or elementary-school students:
Ø Tutoring specialties: pre-algebra, algebra, geometry, trig, precalc, & calculus; also finite math, statistics, electrical physics, & network analysis.
Ø Effective, patient, & experienced tutor/teacher with Stanford M.S. degree.
Ø Especially effective with students who have had trouble, as well as with students who have been successful & want to excel more.
Ø Students are COMFORTABLE HERE WITH MY STYLE OF HELPING THEM UNDERSTAND MATH/PHYSICS/NETWORK ANALYSIS & RELATING to them.
Ø Have taught & substitute-taught in Campbell Union High School District & San Jose Unified School District for past 9 years, & this is my 12th year of tutoring, & the students & parents have been very happy with the results.
Ø Tutoring can be in the townhouse where my wife & I live, near Camden Ave. & Blossom Hill Rd in San Jose, near Los Gatos & Campbell; tutoring can be in your home or at a library, but the price is then higher.
Ø Price per student is lower, for two or more students at a time.
Ø At least two time-slots still available; will supply references as needed.
Ø For ELEMENTARY- or MIDDLE-SCHOOL ENGLISH, WRITING, MATH or SOCIAL STUDIES, ask for my wife Diane, who also is a very effective, patient, & experienced tutor/teacher.
