As an SEM & Display Analyst, you will play a central role in campaign creation, implementation, and quality assurance, in addition to reporting and analysis. You will be responsible for daily management of digital ad campaigns to drive short and long term success, staying on top of industry trends, and continuously apply learnings to assigned campaigns.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS· Associates or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications and/or other related subjects.· Proficient in MS Office - specifically able to work with Excel at ease.Finding actionable trends and insights in data.Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple manner.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with ability to handle multiple and changing priorities.Pragmatic approach to problem solving.Ability to follow process.· Ability to work alone as well as a strong team player, who is committed to client results. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES· Learn the fundamentals of the digital advertising ecosystem.· Setup, launch, and optimize paid digital campaigns.· Support other team members in day-to-day campaign management.· Learn proper data analysis as it applies to digital marketing activities.· Interpret and analyze data to identify key trends and insights.· Troubleshoot issues by using appropriate metrics to find a root cause and formulating a plan for improvement.· Monitor performance on a daily basis.· Manage and forecast client budgets.· Build weekly and monthly reports to best showcase campaign performance.· Communicate results to clients on a regular basis via phone, email, and on-site visits.· Support senior team members on larger projects.
