We are looking for a qualified RN to join our Home Health team! The Registered Nurse is an employee who reports to the Nursing Supervisor or the Director of Patient Care Services. The Registered Nurse is responsible for the assessment and plan of care for the patients assigned to him/her in accordance with accepted standards of practice. Full Time or Per Diem.Qualifications:Med Surg or equivilant background preferredGraduate of and accredited school of nursingOne year, two years preferred of experience in an acute care settingCurrently licensed in the State of CaliforniaMaintain License by obtaining the necessary contact hours and competencyPhysically capable and able to lift and transfer patientsEffective communication skills and able to follow instructionsProof of current drivers license and have a dependable insured automobileReliable and positive attitudeNeat in appearanceResponsibilities:Knowledge of OASIS and able to complete accuratelyCompetent to perform a comprehensive physical nursing assessment and develop a plan of care in the home settingAbility to recognize caregivers involved in clients care in the home setting, establish teaching goals and able to carry out those goals throughout the clients certification periodAbility to determine the frequency clients are to be seen and accurately document that complianceKnowledge of CSM guidelines and the home bound statusWill communicate with the clients physician at start of clients care and regularly through out care at the appropriate timesAssign, direct, and supervise the LVN and CHHA involved in the clients care per regulatory guidelinesBenefits: Full TimePTO, Sick leave, Health, Dental/Vision, 401K, 7 paid company holidaysGreat Pay!Paid MileagePlease reply or contact us right away for more information.
