Coordinates activities that support safe, efficient, effective rigging of high value, complex, medical equipment for the customer to include, but not limited to: Up to 100% travel throughout the countryResponsible to follow all Safety OSHA guidelinesMaintains a safe work environment through safe work practicesTo provide a safe and timely rigging of system to the customerRepresents REMETRONIX and the customer in professional and courteous mannerMaintain integrity of confidential informationConfirms calls to the rigging companies to insure job set upParticipates in conference calls with Director of Logistics and Zone Coordinators on upcoming projects and schedulesAssigns rigging equipment resources within applicable zoneMaintains customer relationships, and complies with REMETRONIX SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and policies, customer requirements, and statutory and regulatory guidelinesProvides rigging arrangements for current/upcoming projectsDisburses site paperwork to Lead techs in field at job to insure paperwork is sent to REXHQCoordinates forklifts, cranes, toolboxes, frames, suppliesReviews site surveys on CT / AX / MR when requested by Zone CoordinatorMaintains constant communication on set up & changes with ZC for applicable zone, movers, and riggersCoordinates field delivery, ensuring quality customer product delivery (includes damage free equipment and site, correct equipment verification for damage from outside vendors, complete paperwork according to Remetronix guidelines, changes to original delivery site causing possible overruns in job cost, any changes by KN or PJM, damages upon arrival or move in), escalate issue or concerns to Logistics Dept. ASAPUpdates delivery cycle time with Logistics Zone CoordinatorProvides Field training to techs on moving / riggingEmail / Fax Logistics completed paperwork on jobs, Delivery Report, Surveys, vendor’s bills for service, any bill’s of lading, signed Delivery Receipt, and Out of ScopeInitiates, develops, and fosters excellent supplier as well as customer relationshipOccasional mechanical assistance at job site and driving up to 8 hoursUses “tough cost control” measures and negotiating skills when coordinating transportation and/or rigging of equipment QUALIFICATIONS/ EDUCATION To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.Associates degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. LANGUAGE SKILLS Must be able to read, write and speak the English language Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety requirements, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. COMPUTER SKILLS Basic understanding of how a computer works. Ability to navigate and use: email, Microsoft office products and the internet CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Prove and maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. WORK ENVIRONMENT Monitor the typical field safety and environmental conditions within the designated facility and report deficient conditions if needed in accordance with the REMETRONIX Safety Manual.
