We are currently looking for Care Providers to join our team at brand new, exclusive Oakmont Community in San Jose, California.The Care Provider is responsible for providing direct personal care and supervision in accordance with the residents’ individualized Service Plan. The Care Provider will offer choice, maintain dignity and promote individuality in order to enhance the residents’ independence, satisfaction and quality of life.
