This is for a limited time only so apply now with your resume for immediate consideration.Responsibilities:Oversees clinical and operational processes to improve patient health and minimize hospitalizations and missed treatments as well as planning/coordinating patient scheduling to assure timely acceptance of patients and effective staffing levels.Promote quality management program through education and involvement of staff and patients in outcomes and overall responsibility to achieve corporate goals for quality. Leads QAPI meetings and quality improvement committees; reviews all incident reports and addresses at QAPI meeting.Responsible for overseeing nursing services and may assume Charge Nurse's responsibilities only to the extent of ensuring efficient, safe dialysis, per state regulations.Assure clinic is in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Continuously monitors to ensure that a safe and sanitary physical environment is maintained, that all equipment is maintained and functions properly; and that adequate/appropriate inventory levels of all supplies are available/used correctly. Will also respond to all clinic emergencies and must be familiar with emergency equipment and all emergency operational procedures.Maintains collaborative working relationships with Medical Director and physicians and actively promotes GUEST customer service standards.Ensures all staff personnel meet required qualifications for position held and perform duties within limitations established by and in accordance with company policy/procedures. Serves as resource/subject matter expert for patient needs and concerns, staff education and in-service sessions as necessary.Daily supervision of staff on duty during operational hours; oversees training and development of all personnel.Requirements:Current RN license in CA.Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred.18 months experience in providing nursing care, including 6 months of experience in providing nursing care to patients on maintenance dialysis.
