Senior Pro Services LLC, A California State Licensed Home Health Care agency, is a growing agency that is accredited by CHAP and is in the process of Medicare Deemed accreditation from CMS. We are actively recruiting for an energetic individual to join our team to help and assist the Director of Outreach and our CEO to increase agency revenue and brand name recognition by building and maintaining relationships with key client referral sources.Our innovative company is an agency that provides a comprehensive service to the elderly and to physically and mentally challenged individuals in the San Francisco Bay Area. We provide a community based service that includes medical and non-medical, in home care which includes private duty care giving services, care management as well as clinical in-home nursing services.If you are an individual who possess the ability to blend your sales and marketing skills within the healthcare and hospitality industry while at the same time have a passion and the desire to work and grow with an innovative home health care, we would love to receive your resume.Essential Duties:· To help and assist the Director of Outreach grow client census through sales and marketing effort.· To help and assist with light office duties as an assistant to the CEO with various project/tasks/ and office duties as instructed. Job Summary:· Respond to telephone inquiries with prospective clients or interested parties.· Meet or exceed weekly company/community sales standards. -20 face-to-face meetings weekly with professionals in the industry to ask for referrals of new clients.· Produce a weekly sales forecast. -Who are you scheduled to meet with this week and who will you be cold calling on.· Accurately maintain the community’s Customer Relationship Management. -If you have a client that was not happy with service follow up to ensure that the problem has been resolved and the client is happy with care.· Ensure database information about new inquiries, communication with professionals, and leads is kept current. -We use the program ZOHO to track this information.· Build, retain and manage relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, Fiduciaries, care managers, social workers, discharge planners as well as other referral sources.· The candidates is expected to make an immediate impact by developing a lasting relationship with new and existing referral source.· Maintain and develop our company brand as a unique service within the industry that is committed to providing a comprehensive full home health care service to our community at large within one agency.· Work with management to improve quality of care by offering insights about the market based on intelligence gathered· Develop and implement sales and marketing efforts and help create procedures and systems to enable the company to continue to provide excellent customer satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications:· AA degree or higher educational degree preferable.· Effective communication skills through the spoken word as well as writing skills in the English language.· 1 year minimum experience in sales & marketing and office duty work.· Must possess strong customer service skills.· Computer skills highly essential - with MS office latest, graphics software· Must have reliable transportation, current CA driver’s license, and vehicle insurance.
