You must enjoy doing a variety of tasks related to administration of a small office.A solid clerical background with experience in property management, mortgage lending, escrow, banking or bookkeeping, would be advantageous. Familiarity with San Francisco rent control laws would be helpful.Escrow: Escrow experience invaluable -- interaction with Escrow and Title Officers of various Title Companies, various creditors, reviewing Statements of Condition, Demands for Payoff, preliminary reports, property profiles and appraisals.Loan Processing: You will utilize loan origination and servicing software which facilitates preparation of numerous loan documents at loan inception, as well as documentation necessary during the life of each loan.Financial: Loan funding and escrow distributions; payment/payoff entry and check distribution; impound payments, preparation and mailing of annual 1098 and 1099-INT forms to Borrowers and Lenders.BENEFITS:Ten paid holidaysPaid Personal Leave based upon years of serviceMedical and dental coverage on the first day of the month following sixty day waiting period.
