Successful advisors love NAI Norcal for that very reason - collaboration, and transparency.We seek Sales Managers to recruit, train and retain the advisory positions in our local offices in Oakland and San Francisco.What Sales Managers will do and achieve in this role:Recruit to build desk strength in sales of investment properties and loan services following aggressive hiring goals and metricsLead events and special information sessions in the spirit of recruitment *Partner with other managers in the brokerage to build upon NAI’s highly-rated training programLead weekly workshops and sales meetings inspiring teams to top performance *Guide and coach through existing deal pipelines with existing advisors *Be an engaging coach by asking more than telling, anticipating issues and obtaining useful feedbackWork with staff and management to keep communication transparent within the company using technology platforms like Salesforce/APTO, Asana, Lever ATS, Co-Star, and a variety of technology tools*(To be performed after manager training if necessary)The qualifications we seek:Minimum of 2 years history working in commercial real estate transactions either on principal side or, brokerage (ideally, you’ve personally completed 20+ transactions)Exposure to public speaking, leading workshops or trainingsAbility to review team metrics and make decisions for the direction of goal achievement in overall salesPossess internal drive to be transparent yet humble (communication and actions)Love the process of selling deals.
