The Supervisor will be responsible for the overall Registration functions in accordance with the productivity standards set forth for Registration personnel.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for daily distribution and tracking of submitted files.
Provides training and support for local and remote registration staff.
Conducts random audits to ensure compliance measures are being enforced.
Responsible for daily productivity metrics as outlined by National Operations Manager.
Provides communication to management and sales with regard to quality of loan submissions and potential broker training opportunities.
Reviews processes for opportunities to streamline and improve service levels. Maintains daily service level agreement as set forth by National Operations Manager.
Manages multiple priorities and meets deadlines
Attend meetings related to business channel.
5 + years of experience in Mortgage Operations.
Management experience preferred.
Prior RESPA and Registration experience required.
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email systems.
Ability to work in a fast paced, fluid environment.
Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
High integrity and confidentiality required.
