Summary Under direction of the Director of Marketing this position will provide strategic leadership on the use of online marketing, social media programs and resources. The position will be responsible for the development, planning and execution of the ongoing, seasonal and annual digital advertising campaigns, social media programs and online content for the Company. The incumbent is responsible for managing all aspects of digital marketing which includes producing and managing email content, videos, social media, digital advertising campaigns, and websites. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Work closely with the Marketing Director and the marketing team to understand the overall business objectives, marketing plan and strategic goals, and translate these into actionable social media, digital advertising and online growth strategies to achieve the company’s brand and business growth goals; Research, propose, and execute social media and digital ad campaigns; plan and implement ongoing, annual and seasonal programs for social media and digital advertising, website content and email campaigns; Partner with internal creative teams to bring the proposed marketing plans for social media and digital influencer campaigns to life and facilitate the integration of company advertising campaigns; Collect and communicate design requirements for ads and work closely with graphic designers; work with subject matter experts in creating content, and managing the review process as applicable; Develop a social media calendar and manage the day-to-day execution to ensure consistent, high-quality, brand-right engagement across all owned and external social channels; Develop and grow community engagement, reach and impact through day-to-day proactive and reactive communications on all key social media channels across our varied audiences: members and prospects, employees and other influencers. Collaborate with marketing team to create and design emails, web content and digital ads and ensure coordination with internal team and external vendors for execution of content; Manage digital influencer campaigns and content contributors to assure that a steady pace of high-quality, brand-right content is delivered via email and social media channels; Develop a comprehensive & expansive email marketing distribution and drive outreach and manage influencer/brand ambassador relations;Create written and visual content and creative assets; draft/edit copy and/or images for all social media channels and other marketing efforts as needed (website, email, etc.).Manage social media analysis and metrics with internal and external partners; monitor and track all components of digital marketing and follow-up with strategies to improve performance. Education and/or Experience Education: Equivalent to a Bachelor Degree in a relevant course of study (i.e., communications, advertising, marketing, PR, business, etc.), andExperience: minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing communications role, preferably in a publishing, media, marketing or advertising environment, with a minimum 4 years of experience in the digital environment and 3-4 years within social media· must be proficient in using a variety of popular social media platforms such as; Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google+, and more;· must be proficient in MS Office Suite, and· familiarity and experience with Adobe Creative Suite® software is highly preferred.· demonstrated technical skills to perform the essential functions of the job Required knowledge, ability and technical skillsDemonstrated success in designing and deploying marketing campaigns that enable increased awareness, customer engagement and product recognition resulting in business successEffective project management and time management skills that feed into planning and tracking of ongoing campaigns and development of marketing deliverablesStrong written and verbal communication skills, writing and proofing skillsHighly self-motivated contributor who works well as an individual and within a team environmentStrong strategic, creative, and analytical thinking with experience in tactical planningDetail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentCreative thinker with an innate visual aestheticExperience with automated marketing platforms such as HubSpot or Pardot
