The inside sales position allows the individual to develop technical and sales skills in a very exciting and diverse niche market, Industrial Microscopy. This position will help prepare you to take an outside sales position at our organization. Location for the next position will be based on the needs of the company. JH Technologies currently has offices in Fremont CA, Irvine CA, Portland OR, and Nashua NH.Earnings are targeted to be $55,000 yearly at achievement-of-plan. Voluntary dental, vision, short-term disability, cancer, accident, life – 401(k) – Profit Sharing – Mileage reimbursement - Company cell phone - Laptop computer - ExpensesPrimary Responsibilities:Inside Sales Engineer will:Complete sales and product trainingGrow and develop a working product knowledge and technical sales experience.Support sales engineers in the assigned territory and help grow revenue on a yearly basis.Provide technical solutions that meet and/or exceed the customer’s requirements.Maintaining positive relationships with senior sales rep and existing customersActively grow the customer base,Provide high level support for installed microscopes, digital cameras, imaging software, and custom applications.Qualifications:0-1 Years of Technical Sales ExperienceStrong technical acumen is a mustThe ability to demonstrate initiative and ownership in managing a sales opportunity and transferring it to senior sales staff when appropriate.Must possess exceptional communication skillsMust have an urgent bias for action and a track record of strong completing tasksEducation BS/BA or equivalent. Science and Engineering background preferredWorking knowledge and familiarity with computer hardware and software such as MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Database familiarity is a plusBe well organizedPossess effective Time ManagementCRM Usage Experience preferredSkills/Abilities:Must be able to convey technical information to technicians on up to C-level employeesUtilize effective selling skills to match customer needs and problem resolutionsContinually assess business potential and make recommendations to JH Management for changesAssume responsibility for superior product knowledge and selling skillsParticipate in sales meetings to share success tactics and assist JH ManagementAssume special project assignments that are critical to the growth of JH (SalesForce, vendor shows, etc)If you meet and/or exceed the experience criteria, please submit your resume.
