The role of Divisional Sales Strategy Manager role is critical to the overall success of the Distributed Retail Sales organization. This position plays an integral role in the development and execution of strategic deliverables. The DSSM must possess the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously in support of the Division Lending Executive. Job Description • Ensure a consistent sales delivery to our Internal (branch) and External (customers) partners through dual delivery model in follow up and responsiveness. • Responsible for all Retail Lending Internal and External growth initiatives that require coaching, mentoring and training for Distributed Retail Sales staff • Responsible for dissemination and implementation of communications including Distributed Retail Communications • Partner with marketing on collateral for Distributed Retail Sales on lending initiatives on a divisional level. Provide support on increasing and capturing mortgage cross sell back to branches, create MIS to reflect. • Increase efficiencies of daily sales and operational activities. Responsible for reporting Top Distributed Retail sales results and reasons for successes. • Residential and skilled proficient knowledgeable expert in retail lending who can support Sales Executives with specific business initiatives, create, lead and advise on sales and product training, supporting growth of Retail Lending Sales Organization • Liaise between sales team and branches on branch/realtor/partner based mortgage initiatives. Partner and represent Distributed Retail Sales on development of strategies and programs in relation to all bank programs. • Will be responsible for partnering with Region Bank Sales Directors to deliver mortgage related activities, programs and promotions on Monthly Sales and Marketing Toolkit calls. • Liaison to Retail Bank and Mortgage Sales to develop marketing opportunities to maximize regional growth in Lending • Partner with Division Lending Executive in developing and executing region specific contests, rallys, recognition, focus days and/or seminars targeted towards increasing current business needs. Responsible for all Distributed Retail Sales marketing material, collateral and signage. Liaison to Retail Bank and CMI to develop marketing opportunities to maximize growth in Lending. Responsible for monthly communication of Retail Bank Toolkit and attending all Retail Bank calls for any Marketing/LMS programs. Monitoring customer (branch partners) satisfaction and options to grow and enhance processes • Work in coordination with Division Lending Executive in creating, driving and supporting business with VOE action plans and initiatives to improve results.Qualifications• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience required• 3-5 years of Home Lending experience in sales, training and/or support. • Ability to analyze data and identify trends in order to come up with ideas to help increase specific performance indicators and results. • A proven success record in selling and/or leading others. • Ideal candidate will have the ability to clearly articulate business objectives and/or programs to various levels of management across the organization as well as to bank staff on large regional calls. • Requires use of conceptual and innovative thinking • Must also be extremely proficient in all Microsoft programs, specifically Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
