Job SummaryThe Manager, Sales & Client Success identifies, evaluates, and manages new business opportunities with prospective clients – from initial contact through opportunity close – specific to the assigned territory. Although this position primarily focuses on revenue growth, it is also responsible for serving as the “trusted advisor” to both existing clients and new clients post-close. This includes protecting the existing recurring revenue stream, expanding the company’s footprint within existing client accounts, and maintaining existing client relationships such that our clients serve as positive references for new prospects. The Manager, Sales & Client Success will travel as much as required, with an expectation of at least 50%. This individual will collaborate with Technical Support resources, implementation-related team members, and other regional and national resources as required to ensure both prospective client and existing client business requirements are fulfilled. Essential Job Functions· Primary function is to identify, evaluate, and manage new business opportunities and marketing initiatives.· Direct and manage sales campaigns for specific clients and prospective clients· Create new revenue opportunities utilizing best in class sales campaigns, manage client expectations to create a win for the client and Company, and protect the revenue after the sale· Coordinate closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with clients’ business requirements and to communicate overall project goals/status/success metrics· Serve as trusted advisor and subject matter expert to clients, Sales, Product Management, and Operations team for client centric technology and workflows· Proactively assess solution specifications in light of changing customer requirements and recommend solution changes that optimize value for both the client and Company· Evaluate and integrate third-party products as needed to meet the requirements of a given project· Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet Company standards· Track all sales activity (from leads/prospecting to close) in company’s CRM tool· Meet project implementation targets for timeliness, customer success metrics· Complete required training and development objectives within the assigned time frames· Other duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in solution sales (with emphasis on services)· Bachelors’ degree· Previous experience in a medical setting preferred· Excellent client facing skills and commitment to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction· Effective problem solving skills· Ability to handle confidential materials and information in a professional manner· Excellent verbal and written skills necessary for communication with patients/clients, providers and other staff· Reliable transportation Required Skills/Knowledge/Abilities· Ability to interface with all levels of personnel and customers in a professional manner· Ability to work with people of all social and ethnic backgrounds and within constraints of available technology for project implementation· Experience and familiarity with computers, technology, business architecture, common networking protocols, communication systems and interconnectivity of software and systems· Knowledge of imaging & records management software· Expert in MS Office, and Visio· Familiar with CRM systems, software development processes, and sales process
