Sales Development Position in San Jose for Data Loss Prevention Software Company. Position is Full Time employee with $60k+ Base- $100k on target with upside, with benefits, additional bonuses, top team members make over $110k (majority of team is over quota consistently-very low turn over on 10 person team). This is a senior level sales development position- for a high skilled- large account, high dollar deal focus- more "sharp shooter" than speed dialer. The team has a very seasoned manager that wants people to succeed, he works to develop people for long term success.Candidates MUST have outbound lead generation experience, and MUST have experience using Salesforce.com and Microsoft Outlook. Looking for someone that has established track record of targeted prospecting in Fortune 500- not SMB, not channel development, not closing deals (full cycle). Looking for candidates with consistent job history- not constant job hoppers. Security experience is not required- they can teach you the space, lead generation in any area of IT will be considered.We are looking for a high energy inside Sales Development Representative responsible for lead generation, qualification and lead management to develop opportunities nationally and internationally. The candidate should have 2+ years experience in the high tech industry with focus on software or hardware experience. This position requires that you communicate effectively and persuasively to a high volume of C-level people throughout the workday.
